How to sign in/register
To place an order you need to be a registered customer.    Click 'SIGN IN' to login to your existing account or to register for the first time and complete your details click 'NEW ACCOUNT'. (Please see our privacy policy for more on how your personal information will be used).
How to place an order
All you need to do is choose your item and simply click the 'Add to Basket' button.  The item will then be added to your shopping basket which can be viewed at any time on the top of your screen.   Once you have added the item to your basket you can amend the quantity if necessary and show this change by clicking the 'Update Shopping basket' button.  You can click the 'Continue Shopping' button to continue buying or you can click the 'Proceed to Check Out' button to finalise your purchases.
Checking Out
'Check Out' is the area where you pay for your shopping.  On our website this involves providing your billing and shipping address and credit or debit card details in the secure part of our website.  Please note:   TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS WHICH YOUR CARD IS REGISTERED.  Therefore your billing and shipping address must be the address which your credit or debit card is registered.  This is for on-line orders, telephone orders email orders.   If the product is paid for by PayPal it will be delivered to the address which is registered with PayPal.  The site is unable to change the address due to PayPal's security policy.  
If you make payment by credit card/debit card, Tile Tec Fireplaces Limited or Feature Wall and Floor Company will be displayed on your credit card statement/bank statement.   
What if i wish my item to be delivered to an address of my choice?
If you would like your product delivered to an address of your choice, payment can be made by Bank Transfer direct to Imaginasia (UK) Limited bank account.   Please email: if you wish to pay by Bank Transfer.

Do you have a showroom?
I am sorry, we do not have a showroom.    However, you can visit our premises here in Nottingham by appointment only.  Please email to arrange a suitable time to view our products.
How to change or cancel and order
We're sorry that in most circumstances  it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.  
If you need to remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing or telephone

If your order has already been despatched, then you will need to follow our Returns Policy in the event of any unwanted products.
