Delivery Information

Please note:   

UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS WHICH YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IS REGISTERED.   THIS IS COMPANY POLICY TO TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS.  IF PAYMENT IS MADE BY BACS/BANK TRANSFER, DELIVERY CAN BE MADE TO THE ADDRESS OF YOUR CHOICE.  PLEASE EMAIL enquiry@imaginasia.co.uk FOR DETAILS OF PAYING BY BACS/BANK TRANSFER.

If the product is paid for by Paypal it will be delivered to the address which is registered with PayPal.  The site is unable to change the address due to PayPal's security policy.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed.  All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks.  Delivery will be made to the address provided.  

If you make payment by credit card/debit card either on-line or by telephone, Tile Tec Fireplaces Limited or Feature Wall and Floor Company will be displayed on your credit card statement/bank statement.   Payment can also be made by BACS transfer.   Please contact us for more information by email: enquiry@imaginasia.co.uk.

 

Delivery Information

Imaginasia (UK) Limited, via a third party carrier company, DPD, will make every effort to deliver all orders within 3-7 working days or delivery may be made by our own vans by scheduled route date if applicable depending on where the item is being delivered. If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this time frame we will contact you to arrange another suitable delivery date as soon as possible.

Delivery is not included in the product price and is calculated at the checkout stage of purchase where applicable. See Delivery Costs below:

 

Delivery Costs
Delivery will be to the UK address specified in your order. Our delivery charges are for mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery charges for islands will be quoted on an individual basis. Please email enquiry@imaginasia.co.uk for us to confirm the cost to you.

For orders £150 or less the delivery charge will be £20
Free delivery on orders over £150


Delivery will be during normal working hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

 

Important note about deliveries
Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of product ordered and the delivery address. Once you have completed the online process, you will be contacted either by email/text/phone, to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please advise if there are any restrictions on deliveries at your location, eg. difficult access, parking restrictions, Red Routes/No Parking, timed delivery slots, etc. Unfortunately, if you do no advise us of such restrictions the planned delivery may be delayed or missed.

Please note that most third party couriers, like the ones we use, will only deliver to your door or gate. Its is your responsibility to arrange to move items from the point of drop.  For instance, couriers are not insured to take items up to your flat if you in a block of flats.   

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
All risk in the products of your order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

Orders Under 50kg
Your order will be delivered in a carton by third party carrier company, DPD.  A signature will be required on delivery.

Orders Over 50kg
Your order will be delivered via the Palletways network. These will always be on a pallet of various sizes. There must be access for the Palletways lorry which is slightly larger than an average bin lorry.  The item will be on a large pallet which will be left with you to dispose.   Again a signature will be required.
